HOW SHOULD I MEASURE MY FOOT TO GET AN ACCURATE SHOE SIZE?
Please follow these simple instructions to ensure the best fit possible:
- Place your foot on a blank piece of paper and mark the length of your foot from heal to toe.
- Measure the distance between the two lines
- Match this distance to the size chart on our product listing
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We know that shopping online can sometimes create hesitation, and we want you to feel confident when trying Viakix footwear. Our goal is simple: we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If your footwear is not the right fit, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a full refund or exchange, footwear must be unworn and returned in original condition, including the original tags and packaging.
We recommend trying your footwear on indoors on a clean surface to make sure the fit is right before wearing them outside.
Viakix provides one free return shipping label per order within the United States. If multiple items from the same order are returned separately, additional return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Footwear returned with signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging may be ineligible for a refund or may be subject to a partial refund.

WHAT IF I DON’T SEE THE MODEL/COLOR/SIZE I’M LOOKING FOR?
Our website shows real-time inventory, so if it’s not online we unfortunately don’t have it in stock. We don’t have the ability to place items on backorder or put in requests for items, however you can request a notification on the product page to be contacted when the shoe you are looking for is back in stock.
HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY SHOES?
We recommend cleaning your shoes using an antimicrobial soap and warm water and hand washing thoroughly. Please, do not machine wash them as this will cause the materials to breakdown faster.
CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY?
Currently, orders from our website can only ship to the U.S. and Canada. If you are located internationally you would need to provide a shipping address within the U.S. or Canada to receive the order. We are constantly evaluating international shipments; so shoot us an email and let us know that you are interested in receiving our shoes in your country.
