Miscellaneous

We recommend cleaning your shoes using an antimicrobial soap and warm water and hand washing thoroughly.  Please, do not machine wash them as this will cause the materials to breakdown faster.   

Ordering

Due to the high demand for our sandals, we do stock out on occasion. We recommend you sign up for our wait list so that you can be immediately notified when we are back in stock for your preferred size and color shoe. 

Signing up for our wait list is easy:

1) Go to the product detail page and select the size and color of the shoe style you would like to purchase

2) Click on the "NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE" button and enter in your email address

Or, you can simply contact our great customer care team at customercare@viakix.com and request to be added to the wait list.  

In order to offer you the best value possible, all orders must be placed through our website.  However, you can contact us by phone if you have any questions that need to be addressed before your order.  Our toll free phone number is:

Currently, orders from our website can only ship to the U.S. and Canada. If you are located internationally you would need to provide a shipping address within the U.S. or Canada to receive the order.   We are constantly evaluating international shipments; so shoot us an email (customercare@viakix.com) and let us know that you are interested in receiving our shoes in your country.

Returns

We realize that online shopping can create some hesitation for customers.  We want all our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase.  That’s why we are committed to providing free returns, for any reason.  That's our commitment to you.  

Your purchase is 100% guaranteed to ensure that every pair of Viakix shoes you purchase meets the high standards that you expect. If they do not, simply return your unworn footwear, with the original tags and packaging, within 30 days for a replacement or a refund (you just need to email us your USPS receipt and we will reimburse you same day for shipping).  We stand behind every pair of Viakix shoes that leaves our warehouse. Shipping

Our footwear ships fast from our warehouse, often with 24 hours from the time of your purchase.  All purchases come with 100% free standard shipping in the United States.   

The following delivery times can be expected for most locations in the US:

  • Standard Shipping:  5-7 business days.  
  • Expedited Shipping:  3-5 business days
  • Priority Shipping:  2-3 business days

Sizing

All our sandals are built to accommodate 1/2 sizes. Therefore, to ensure the correct fit, please order DOWN to the next full size. For example, if you typically wear a 8 1/2, we would recommend that you order a size 8. 

Please follow these simple instructions to measure your foot:

  • Place your foot on a blank piece of paper and mark the length of your foot from heal to toe
  • Measure the distance between the two line
  • Match this distance to the size chart on our product listing
