You can ask VIAKIX LLC ("VIAKIX") to stop disclosing your personal information for advertising activities that qualify as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable state privacy laws. We offer the choices below to U.S. visitors, whether or not a particular state law requires us to do so.

What this choice covers

We do not sell or rent customer mailing lists to other businesses for their own marketing. We use advertising integrations for Meta, Google, and ChatGPT/OpenAI advertising, and we use Shopify Network Intelligence. Our Privacy Policy explains these practices.

An opt-out stops the advertising sale or sharing and targeted advertising covered by your request. It does not stop necessary disclosures for payments, order fulfillment, returns, security, or other uses permitted by applicable law. You may still see contextual or other advertising that does not depend on the opted-out activity.

Send an opt-out request

Email legal@viakix.com and tell us that you want to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. If you have purchased from us or subscribed using an email address, identify that address so we can apply the choice to the appropriate records. You do not need an account, a purchase, or a government ID to make this request.

We will not require identity verification for an advertising opt-out. We may ask only for information reasonably needed to locate the relevant records or apply the choice. An authorized representative may submit a request; we may ask for reasonable evidence of authority where appropriate.

We apply requests as soon as practicable, no later than 15 business days after receipt or an earlier deadline required by applicable law. If an email request cannot be matched to anonymous browser identifiers, we will explain that limitation and help you use the browser-based method below. A request concerning identifiable account information is not rejected merely because we cannot identify every browser or device you have used.

Browser and device choices

We treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal received from your browser as an opt-out request for advertising sale or sharing and targeted advertising for that browser. If we can associate it with your account, we apply the request to the associated information as well. Enable GPC in a compatible browser or extension before visiting our website.

An email request and a browser signal can affect different records. For the broadest coverage, send the email request for information associated with your email address and use GPC on each browser or device you use. Clearing cookies or changing browsers can remove a saved browser preference; keeping GPC enabled allows your browser to continue communicating the choice.

Ordinary cookie blocking is an additional control, but may not stop all server-side disclosures. The older Do Not Track browser setting is not the same as GPC and is not treated as a separate opt-out mechanism by our website.

Other privacy choices

This advertising choice does not unsubscribe you from VIAKIX emails, delete your account, or opt you out of the arbitration agreement in our Terms of Service. Use an email's unsubscribe link for promotional emails, including abandoned-cart reminders, or contact us for help. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email legal@viakix.com and see our Privacy Policy. A deletion request and a request to stop future advertising disclosures address different activities; you may make both requests.

To opt out of the arbitration agreement in our Terms of Service, email legal@viakix.com with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line within 30 days after you first agree to the Terms, as described there.
