VIAKIX Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing Viakix footwear. If your shoes are not the perfect fit, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.

30-Day Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for footwear that is unworn and in original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and inserts.

Please try on your footwear indoors on a clean surface to ensure proper fit before wearing them outside.

Free Returns
We provide one free return shipping label per order within the United States. If multiple items from the same order are returned separately, additional return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Expedited or priority shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, returned footwear must be:

• Unworn
• Free from dirt, debris, or signs of outdoor use
• Returned with original tags and packaging

Items returned that show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging may be ineligible for a refund or may be subject to a partial refund, at Viakix’s discretion.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, our return portal makes it easy to request an exchange.

Return Shipping Limitations
VIAKIX covers the cost of return shipping for one pair of footwear per order within the United States. Customers returning multiple items from the same order may be responsible for additional return shipping costs.
