Medium or medium - wide feet: order your normal size.
Wide (E) feet: may feel snug — sizing up may not fix this, as it adds length without adding width.

Are the Rebels waterproof?
No—Rebels are not waterproof. They’re designed as lightweight, breathable trail running shoes that keep your feet cool and comfortable on the move. If you’re looking for full waterproof protection, we recommend our Monterra hiking boots, built with a waterproof membrane to keep you dry through puddles, streams, and rainy hikes.
How heavy are these trail runners?
They’re surprisingly lightweight at just 8.8 oz (250 g) for a women’s size 7. That means you get trail-ready traction and durability without the bulk of traditional trail shoes, so every stride feels fast and effortless.

The Ridge Rebels are built with our Grip360™ outsole and 4mm lugs that bite into dirt, gravel, and rocky terrain. Despite being incredibly lightweight at just 8.8 oz (250 g) for a women’s size 7, they deliver trail-ready traction you can count on. Are these zero drop?
Nope, and here’s why. Rebels have a biomechanically neutral 8mm heel-to-toe drop, which supports proper alignment and reduces injury risk. In fact, a clinical study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found higher injury rates among minimalist shoe users compared to those in neutral shoes.
