Your purchase is 100% guaranteed to meet your high standards. If they do not, simply return your unworn footwear, with the original tags and packaging, within 30 days for a replacement or a refund. We stand behind every pair of Viakix shoes that leaves our warehouse.

We are meticulous about getting our sandals to fit “true to size”. Practically, this means that you should order your "typical" size. So, if you usually wear a size 8, go with a size 8. However, if you are between sizes (e.g 8.5), we recommend that you size down, as our sandals are manufactured to accommodate 1/2 sizes.

Our Cortona sandal comfortably fits most foot widths and comes with an adjustable strap to customize your fit.
